Almost. Just roll it into one and a half inch balls. Pop em' into the oven and wait about 25 minutes.
1 pound hamburger
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 small onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 dash hot sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the beef and everything else into the bowl and combine well. Mix until evenly blended, then form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs, and place onto a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.
